OFFICE ORDER

Subject: Constitution of a Committee for Cadre Restructuring of PA/SA, LSG, HSG-II & HSG-I posts of Railway Mail Service (RMS) and Circle/Regional Offices

With the approval of the Competent Authority, a Committee comprising following officers, is constituted for Cadre Restructuring of PA/SA, LSG, HSG-II & HSG-I posts of Railway Mail Service (RMS) and Circle/Regional Offices:

Terms of Reference (ToR) of the Committee:

1. Study the existing structure of PA/SA, LSG, HSG-II & HSG-I posts of Railway Mail Service (RMS) and Circle/Regional Offices.
2. Make Recommendation for Cadre Restructuring of PA/SA, LSG, HSG-II & HSG-I posts of Railway Mail Service (RMS) and Circle/Regional Offices in accordance with the guidelines issued by DoPT/ Department of Expenditure on the subject.

Additional Provisions:

• The Chairperson of the Committee may invite or co-opt any officer of the Department in the Committee.
• The expenditure towards TA/DA in connection with the meetings/field visits of the Committee members shall be borne by their respective Offices.
• The Committee shall submit its report/recommendations to the Member (Pers.) within a period of 3 months.
