Subject: Promotion of PA (SBCO) Cadre Officials to LSG (Norm Based) SBCO Cadre and their division allotment in U.P. Circle for the year 2025.

1. Re-allotment of Division

The approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed for re-allotment of Division in accordance with Dte. letter no. X-12/3/20232-SPN-II dated 03.08.2023 in respect of the following officials of LSG(NB) SBCO cadre with immediate effect:

The Competent Authority has ordered for promotion in respect of the following PA (SBCO) Cadre officials to LSG (Norm Based) SBCO Cadre on regular basis in Level 5 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC (pre-revised Pay Band Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 2800/-) and allotted them to the Divisions:

Important Instructions

1. Officials with pending vigilance/disciplinary cases should not be relieved without specific orders from this office. Promotion should not be withheld unless the official is under suspension, has been charge-sheeted, or has pending criminal prosecution.
2. Caste/tribe certificates of SC/ST officials must be verified and confirmed against the central list before promotion.
3. Posting will be done based on recommendations of the Transfer & Placement Committee at Divisional Level.
4. Posting orders should be issued immediately, with assumption dates intimated.
5. Officials have one month to exercise option for pay fixation under FR 22(1)(a)(i).
6. Officials declining promotion must submit written declination within one month.
7. Charge reports and compliance must be submitted after necessary actions.
