Introduction

This document outlines the action plan for pre-rollout activities and the rollout process of onboarding all Administrative and Operative Offices onto the IT 2.0 platform. Accurate master data validation is critical for successful implementation.

Rollout Process Stages

1. Readiness Confirmation: To be completed by T-7 (Admin) and T-3 (Operative)
2. Migration Sign-Off: Verification of migrated data on T-2
3. Rollout Sign-Off: Final verification on T-1 before go-live

Important Notes

• Default password for APT application: <communicated through eMail>
• All BO undelivered articles must be redirected to account offices by T-3
• Post office transactions should only be made on rollout day
• Complete Day Begin/Day End process in IMA app on T-1
