Subject: Providing National Account Facility for Speed Document under BNPL Scheme to M/s CBI BSFB.

This is with reference to your office letter No. BD/1-3/NAF/CBI ACB & CBI BSFB/2025-26 dated 28.05.2025 on the above-mentioned subject.

  1. The approval of competent authority to provide National Account Facility for Speed Document under BNPL Scheme to M/s CBI BSFB - 2nd floor, 36-Bellary Road, Ganganagar, Bangalore-560032. is conveyed subject to the following modalities of the operation:
    1. Karnataka Circle will act as Nodal Circle. Karnataka Circle will take necessary action to enter into agreement as prescribed and settlement of bills following the codal formalities.
    2. Karnataka Circle will designate the division as Nodal office for issuance of consolidation of bill, settlement of account with customer and apportionment of revenue amongst all the booking locations immediate on settlement of account.
    3. Booking location will be identified location in PAN India for M/s CBI BSFB.
    4. While entering into the agreement to provide National Account Facility, the Nodal Circle will ensure that Bank Guarantee of suitable amount for consolidated business, if applicable is obtained in case customer is to avail credit facility. The parameters of operation and exemption for furnishing the Bank Guarantee, if any will be strictly as per the existing guidelines of BNPL and NAF.
    5. After entering into agreement as prescribed and creation of Customer ID/Contract ID in PoS, Nodal Circle will share the NAF Customer ID and Contract ID with all the booking offices through respective Circles and coordinate to ensure smooth booking of articles posted by the customer under NAF.
  1. Validity of approval of NAF will be for a period of three year from the date of approval or signing of the agreement with customer whichever is later.
  2. The NAF agreement can be renewed as per the operational guidelines issued vide this office OM No. 39-08/2021-D dated 02.09.2022.
  3. In case customer fails to provide prescribed business for NAF, the facility may be withdrawn after review/or no extension may be granted.
  4. New booking locations can be straightway added by the Nodal Circle under intimation to respective Circles and MB Division.
  5. Following Bar code series is allotted for booking of articles of M/s CBI BSFB under NAF separately as per committed volume of articles.
    JG76540001xIN to JG76546000xIN (6 thousand) 'x' denotes check digit.
  6. Nodal Circle will coordinate with booking offices through concerned Circles for distribution and configuration of the allotted bar code series to enable booking of articles.
  7. Nodal Circle will ensure apportionment of monthly revenue under Speed Post with other booking locations as per the Accounting Procedure for the apportionment of Revenue/Expenditure from Nodal Circle to another Circle/PAO issued vide PA Wing OM No. 6-4/2015-16/PA (Tech-1) dated 20.04.2021 and PA/CSI/02/182/2022-23 dated 15.04.2024.
