• Night Stay: Only applicable if daily commuting is impractical (due to distance).
• Example: For 2-day training with daily commute: ₹200 (Travel + Food only).
• Stationery Charges: Fixed at ₹100 (borne by the office, regardless of duration).
• Max Training Duration: Typically 3 days (exceptions may apply).

3. Financial Headings:

• Travel/Food/Stay: Charged under 3201.02.003.02.02.11 TE (Plan).
• Stationery: Charged under 3201.02.003.02.02.13 OE (Plan).

4. Exclusions:

• Reimbursement of Travelling, Board, and Lodging expenses for Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) attending training programs.
