 Instruction to SPM/PAs while booking articles in IT 2.0

📌 Current Issue:

• When booking a parcel, you must select a Delivery Post Office.
• The system shows both Sub Offices (SOs) and Branch Offices (BOs).
• Problem: Some clerks are not carefully selecting the correct office.
• Risk: Choosing a Branch Office (BO) by mistake can delay parcel delivery!

✅ New Rule for Clarity:

🔹 If unsure whether the delivery office is an SO or BO:
👉 ALWAYS SELECT THE SUB OFFICE (SO).

✔ Prevents delivery delays.
✔ Ensures faster and smoother parcel processing.
