Subject: Online User Applicability Test (UAT) of Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDOE) and Competitive Examination (CE) Applications Processing Module in the 2.0 solution - reg.
This is regarding conducting of online UAT of LDOE and CE Applications Processing Module in the 2.0 solution. The CEPT has developed Module in the 2.0 solution, as detailed below:
- a. CE exam from GDS to MTS/Postman/Mailguard
- b. CE exam from GDS to PACO/PASA
- c. LDOE exam from MTS to Postman / Mail guard
- d. LDOE exam from MTS/Postan/Mailguard to PACO/PAPO/SA
- e. LDOE exam from PASAP/ACO/Sieno to Inspector Posts
- f. LDOE exam from LSG/Inspector Posts to PS Group B (under development)
2. The purpose of the UAT is that users at all level across the Circles shall acquaint themselves with the features and functionality of the newly developed Module, which is proposed to be utilized in the upcoming LDOE-IP 2025 and after seeing the results for using the same in the de-centralized LDOEs in future. To ensure smooth implementation and effective adoption of the examination process, it is requested that maximum number of officials participate in the UAT and the APMG/AD dealing with the LDOE/CE shall coordinate and compile the feedback/comments/suggestions of the users testing the Module, based on their operational requirements.
3. During the UAT testing, CEPT team will be available online to resolve the queries raised by the users. Login, flow chart and other prerequisites & details for the UAT testing are attached herewith.
4. In this regard, two one-day workshops are also being organized at Chandigarh on 03.07.2025 (For Group 'A' Circles) and at Chennai on 08.07.2025 (For Group 'B' Circles). The concerned APMG/AD of the participating Circle, dealing with the LDOE/CE, shall participate in the workshop as per schedule. The grouping of Circles is as follows:
Group 'A' Circles : Punjab, Assam, Bihar, North East, Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh
Group 'B' Circles: Tamil Nadu, Chhattisgarh, Jiharkhand, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat, West Bengal, Odisha, Kerala and Telangana
5. Circles are requested to ensure that UAT is mandatorily done at all levels, with maximum number of instances from submitting applications as aspirant candidates and completing all subsequent activities by the Controlling Officer and the Circle Nodal Officers. The APMG/AD dealing with the LDOE/CE shall coordinate and compile all the feedback/comments/suggestions of the users testing the Module, based on their operational requirements and liaise with the CEPT officials for resolution required, if any.
