 APT Payroll Update – 10/08/2025

1. Outsider Substitute Arrangement Report – Added under Other Reports to view leave/vacant posts from LMS/PIS where payments are processed via the Substitute Payment Page.

2. GDS Substitute Arrangement Report – Added under Other Reports to track leave/vacant posts from LMS/PIS where payments are made along with GDS TRCA Salary.

3. Cancel CQ Request – A new tab introduced in the Payment Interface page, allowing cancellation of CQ requests until they are drawn from the BRS system. Post-cancellation, the data will be available for re-request.

4. Cash Request for Out-of-Account Payments – Added under the CQ Drawl Tab alongside CQ Requests. Once cash is drawn from the Treasury, it will be accounted for in Payroll. Cash requests can also be cancelled from the Treasury, making the data available for re-request.

5. GDS Arrear DUE Payment Issue – Resolved.

6. DDO Office ID-Based Pay Reports – Paysheet, Paysummary, and Payslip components under Payreports can now be downloaded based on DDO Office ID. Post-based reports will be removed from Payreports.

7. GPF Recovery Schedule – Added under Other Reports, generated based on paybill approved dates.

8. Outsourced Substitute Payments Report – A new report under Other Reports to track payments against arrangements, filtered by approval dates.

9. Substitute Payment Page Fix – Resolved an issue where selecting Payable Upto Date conflicted with payments already processed till the last day of the month.

10. Cash Drawn Details in Reports – Accounts Summary (Excel) and Accounts Report (PDF) now display cash drawn details to reconcile receipts with payments, as cash payments are now enabled for third-party deductions.
