This is regarding the special recruitment drive initiated to fill up the vacant posts in Postman/Mail Guard cadre in Delhi Circle from among surplus qualified and willing GDS candidates of LDCE 2022 from all Circles.

2. A kind reference is invited to this office letter of even no. dated 11.04.2025 whereby the supplementary result was declared and instructions guidelines were issued to all concerned Circles and Units allotted to the selected candidates with regards to forwarding of personal files, issuance of offer of appointment and joining process of the candidates.

3. Again, vide letter of even No. dated 16.04.2025, all concerned Circles were requested to forward the personal files of the selected candidates on or before 09.05.2025. Seeing the slow progress the date was again extended to 20.05.2025 communicated via letter dated 15.05.2025. Circles were also requested, to forward the refusals/unwillingness of the candidates, if any, by 20.05.2025 to expedite the recruitment process.

4. Despite repeated requests, it is observed that the requisite information and personal files in respect of some candidates are still awaited leading to delay in concluding the PM/MG 2022 recruitment and finalizing the unfilled vacancies for the year 2022 and preparation of results for the vacancy year 2023, since as per SOP/Dto instructions/RRs the unfilled vacancies of the year 2022 are to be added to the vacancies for the year 2023.

It is therefore requested to kindly direct the concerned Divisions of your Circle for the following :

1. Forwarding Personal files or unwillingness of selected candidates by 18-Aug 2025.
2. To ensure that the willing candidates are relieved immediately so as to report to their allotted Divisions in Delhi Circle on or before 30th Aug. 2025

It may kindly be noted that this is the final opportunity for the remaining candidates to report to their allotted Divisions on or before 30.08.2025. Any request/representation for joining in Delhi Circle received beyond the stipulated date i.e. 30.08.2025 will not be entertained and candidature of such candidates shall be treated as cancelled.
