Procedure for Updating the Mobile Numbers of Employees in Rolled-Out Offices
1. Admin office user with the "Dealing Assistant Service Book (Maker)" role can update the mobile number by navigating to:
Personnel Information System (PIS) -> PIS Utilities -> Edit Communication Details.
2. Admin Office supervisor with the "Supervisor (Service Book Supervisor - SP/SSP, etc.)" role can approve the updated communication details by going to:
PIS -> PIS Utilities -> Approve Communication Details.
