Streamline Support Desk ticketing system in APT 2.0

Dear Sir / Madam,

Very shortly we are going to close all Whatsapp groups, to streamline Support Desk ticketing system.

• However only One Pan India Whatsapp group i.e., " Circle SPOCs - APT " group will be continued.
• In this regarding it is proposed to add One SPOCs for each RO/DO (Only one) apart from Circle SPOC and his team (One or two) to the "Circle SPOCs - APT" Whatsapp group.
• Accordingly a Googlesheet is shared for filling. Please fill it up by today EOD itself, for taking further necessary action at our end.
