This communication is a continuation of the D.O. letter No. PG-01/13/2025-PG-DOP dated 19.08.2025 regarding Special Campaign 5.0. The undersigned is directed to forward the received D.O. No. Q-11011/1/2025-O&M-DARPG-part(1) (e-9644) dated 29.08.2025 from the Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances on the subject mentioned above.

The recipients are requested to take note of the guidelines for e-waste management and the National Plastic Pollution Reduction Campaign. These will be monitored as activities under Special Campaign 5.0.
