ORDER

Subject:Promotion and allotment of an Inspector Line official to Postal Services Group 'B' cadre.

In continuation of the Notification of even number dated 02.06.2022, and on the basis of the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination held on 29th November, 2022 for the vacancy year 2018-2020 (declared by the DE Section on 27.05.2025), the Competent Authority has approved the promotion of the following official to the Postal Services Group 'B' cadre in Level-9 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 53,100 - 1,67,800).

The promotion is granted:

• Notionally with effect from (w.e.f.) the date of the notional promotion of his immediate junior.

• Actually with effect from (w.e.f.) the date of assumption of charge.

This is against the vacancy year 2018 and in accordance with DoPT OM No. 22011/4/91-Estt.(A) dated 14.09.1992.

Additional Directives:

1. The allotment has been approved as per transfer/posting guidelines in this Department's letter No. 9-23/2014-SPG dated 25.02.2020.

2. The officer is eligible for notional pay fixation from the date of his junior's promotion but is not entitled to any arrears until the actual date of joining.

3. All terms and conditions from the original notification dated 02.06.2022 remain unchanged.
