Configure DNS Settings Summary: -
- Open Network Configuration
- Open ethernet properties
- Enter Admin Credentials
- Open Internet Protocol properties
- Enter DNS Details
- Enter Remaining entries
Step 1:
- Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type ncpa.cpl and press Enter.
Step 2:
- In the Network Connections window, locate your network adapter (e.g., Ethernet), right-click on it, and select Properties.
Step 3:
- If the system prompts for Admin ID and password, please reach out to the IT Support team (by call or email) for assistance
Step 4:
- In the Properties window, select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), then click Properties.
Step 5:
- Under the General tab, update the DNS server addresses as per the details provided in the accompanying screenshot and Click Advanced.
Step 6:
- After Clicking Advanced, go to the DNS tab.
- Click Add, type one of the IP addresses listed below, and press OK.
- Repeat this process until all four IP addresses have been added.
- If any of the IP addresses are already present in the list, skip them and add only the remaining ones.
- Once all entries are added, click OK on all open windows to apply and save the changes.
