 ðŸ”„How to Update Customer Mobile & Email

Navigate to Customer Search
Access the Customer Search option from the main menu.

Enter Customer ID
Enter the known Customer ID. If unknown, use the "Find Customer ID using Policy Number" feature.

View Customer Details
Once the customer details are displayed, locate the "Contact Details" section.

Update Information
Enter the new mobile number and email ID provided by the customer.

Save Changes
Click the "Update Contact" button to save the changes. A confirmation message will appear.
