The following activities can be done in the ESS Application for Postal Employees

1. Apply for Leave

All types of leave can be applied for using this option, including EL, RH, CL, HPL, Commuted Leave, Paternity Leave, EXOL with MC, Leave Not Due, Special Disability Leave, and Unavailed Joining Leave, Special CL- Working Days, PL-Child Adoption, Commuted Leave - HPL without MC, EL with MC, Training, Tour, Casual Leave Half day CL F/N or A/N, Station Leave, Compensatory Off, WRILL.

2. Cancel Leave

Applied leave can be canceled before approval.

3. Closed Holidays

Closed holidays can be viewed.

4. Restricted Holidays

Restricted holidays can be viewed.

5. Payment Request

Payment-related claims can be submitted through this application viz., TA Tour, Medical Bill, Transfer TA, In Service Training-DRE-Reimbursement, Children Education Allowance, Operational Training-DTE-Reimbursement, Training Prog-Group A & B Officers DTE

6. GPF Advance

GPF advances can be applied for.

7. Payslip

Payslips can be generated from the month of payroll rollout.
