Subject: Incorporation of CBS, CIS, NI and other related modules in Support Desk Module of IT 2.0 - reg.
Sir/Madam,
Advanced Postal Technology (APT) as part of IT 2.0 has been implemented at all the offices and the Service Desk under IT 1.0 has ended on 30th September 2025.
Therefore, in addition to APT application matters/issues, all other issues pertaining to Core Banking Solution (CBS)/Network Integration (NI) / Postal Life Insurance (PLI) and all other miscellaneous modules have to be raised through the Support Desk Module of APT (IT 2.0) only for further handling the matters/tickets by concerned teams.
This may be brought to the notice of all concerned users at field level immediately.

- CGM PLI - It is requested to coordinate with IPPB / vendors for Insurance related matters for handling tickets in Support Desk Module of IT 2.0
- DDG (FS) - It is requested to coordinate with IPPB / vendors for Banking related matters for handling tickets in Support Desk Module of IT 2.0
- GM, CEPT - For information and necessary action
- ADG (PMU- II) / AD (PMU) - It is requested to coordinate with BSNL/ IPPB for Network/DC related matters.
