Subject: Introduction of New Feature in Accounts Module
Dear All,
A new feature has been introduced in the Accounts Module to help Head Offices monitor and manage the verification status of Sub Offices (SOs) and Branch Offices (BOs) more effectively. The key details are as follows:

➡️ New Report: A report has been provided at the Accounts level of Head Offices to check the verification status of SOs and BOs.

🔍 Status Check Button: A "View Verification Status" button has been added to the Cash Book page, enabling DDOs to view the verified offices for a specific date.

📊 Discrepancy Resolution: In case of any discrepancies during cash book submission, Head Offices can generate the report (available in PDF and Excel formats) and compare the data to identify and resolve the differences.

🔄 Revert & Reverify: If any office balances, receipts, or payments are found to be incorrect, the respective SOs along with its BOs, may be reverted and reverified.

⚠️ Handle Missing Entries: In case the Verification status is having an entry as "Missing" against any of the offices, the same needs to be verified by the respective account office.

❌ Correct Exclusions: If an office has been erroneously excluded by the Accounts Office, it can be removed from exclusion and reverified to ensure accurate data entry.

🛠️ Coming Soon: Additionally, a "Revert Excluded Office" option will be made available to Head Offices shortly.
