Introduction
This document describes process for acceptance of SBI-ePay (Card) & SBI-ePay (QR) payment methods in Booking Solution where SBI POS Device has been supplied and configured.
Pre-requisite
Pre-requisite for acceptance of SBI-ePay-Card payment method in Booking Solution is configuration of SBI_POS_DEVICE in counter environment. In this connection, please refer to Booking-SOP-2_Creation of new counter environment_Dated 19-08-2025 available in FAQs & Documented Solutions of Support Desk.
Primary checks to get ready the POS terminal
- Access Counter Operations under Booking
- Solution in Supervisor login
Select counter number where the SBI_POS_DEVICE has been mapped at the time of daily allocation of counter.
Tap on ‘RazorPay’ app icon.
Integrated Payment – Card Flow
In select Payment Method, click on “SBI E-pay (Card)” option. An Auto Pop-up will be appear on POS terminal with amount
Insert card of customer and request customer to input PIN
Payment Successful Message appear on POS screen
After payment is successful, charge slip will be generated and printed from the POS device.
Amount Collected Successfully Message appear on Booking Solution desktop application also.
Integrated Payment – UPI
Select Booking Solution in Desktop application and complete the transaction.
In select payment method dialogue box, Click on “SBI E-pay (QR)” option.
An Auto Pop-up with QR code will be appear on POS device with amount. Request customer to scan the QR through any of the UPI app (like BHIM, Dak Pay, GPay, PhonePe etc.)
After confirmation from customer regarding payment by scanning QR code, tap on “Verify Payment”
After payment is successful, charge slip will be generated and printed from the POS device
Amount Collected Successfully Message appear on Booking Solution desktop application also.
Settlement Report
Tap on Razorpay app on the POS device.
Tap on Transaction History option
Various filters like Date, Payment Method, Transaction Status, Sort By may be applied as per requirement and tap on “Apply Filter” button
After taping on “Apply Filter” button, details of transactions as per the applied filters will be displayed on POS device. In case print out of the displayed transaction summary is required, tap on “Print summary” button.
Preview of Print summary will be displayed on the screen of POS device. To confirm printing of summary report, tap on “Print summary” button.
