A copy of draft Circle Gradation List of LSG cadre (General Line and Accounts Line) in Post Offices as on 01.07.2025 (Corrected up to 30.10.2025) is enclosed.
It is requested to circulate the draft Circle Gradation list to all the officials concerned for verification of all their particulars.
The representations with grievances if any may be obtained from the officials and a consolidated report on the same may be forwarded duly verifying the same wherever necessary to reach this office on or before 10.12.2025.
If no representation is received within the stipulated date, it will be presumed that the concerned officials have no grievance on the proposed draft Gradation / Seniority list and further necessary action to finalize the LSG Circle Gradation / Seniority list will be taken in the matter.
