Subject: Deputation of Shri Jagdeep Gupta (IPoS: 2004), DDG (Personnel), Department of Posts as Joint Secretary, Capacity Building Commission (CBC) under Department of Personnel & Training - Reg.

In pursuance of Department of Personnel & Training letter No.33/12/2025- EO(SM- I) dated 31.12.2025, the services of Shri Jagdeep Gupta (IPoS: 2004), DDG (Personnel) are placed at the disposal of Department of Personnel & Training, for his appointment as Joint Secretary, Capacity Building Commission (CBC) under Department of Personnel & Training with pay Level 14 of the Pay Matrix under Central Staffing Scheme. The officer is relieved from D/o Posts w.e.f. 19.01.2026 (F/N).

The tenure of deputation of the officer will be from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The officer's pay and allowances during the period of deputation will be governed by the existing instructions on the subject.
