Sir/Madam,

Kindly refer to this office letter No. even dated 05.01.2026 on the subject mentioned above. In this connection the lists of devices and its IMEI details along with Circle, Branch, Division, and Facility ID mappings that have been offline for the last 3 months (17,365 devices) are attached herewith. These devices includes - IPPB- owned Samsung A14 devices used by BPMs and DoP- Owned / BYOD devices used by Postmen / ABPMs.

You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to activate the said devices by 29.01.2026, failing which the devices on offline mode for last 3 months will be removed from MDM by IPPB.

It is also reiterated that a compliance Certificate confirming that all MDM- controlled devices have been upgraded to DREAM App version 1.0.28 or above needs to be submitted to this office by 31.01.2026.

This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
