Subject: Implementation of OTP Validation for Retail Parcel Bookings

This is to inform you that, per the directive of the Parcel Directorate, an OTP validation step has been implemented for all retail parcel bookings.

Procedure for Exempted Categories:

• When serving a customer who is exempt from OTP validation:
• The Counter PA must select the checkbox: “I confirm that the customer comes under the exempted category for OTP validation.”
• Proceed as guided by the on-screen message.
• When prompted, enter the default mobile number 1234567890 and the default OTP 123456, then click 'Verify'.

Respected Sir / Madam,

As per the instructions of the Parcel Directorate, OTP validation has been implemented for retail booking of all Parcel products.

For exemption categories, the Counter PA may select the checkbox “I confirm that the customer comes under the exempted category for OTP validation” and proceed further as per the on-screen information message. In such cases, for the default mobile number 1234567890, please enter the default OTP 123456 and click Verify.
