With kind reference to the letter cited above, guidelines for Rotational Transfer 2026, the following Schedule for implementation of Rotational Transfer - 2026 is hereby prescribed:

i. Notification for Rotational Transfer to be issued in the month of January. ii. Decision on extension cases, if any, to be completed by end of February. iii. Rotational Transfer orders to be issued before 15th April. iv. Implementation of Rotational Transfer to be completed before 31st May, i.e., within 45 days from the date of issue of RT orders, in accordance with Para (5) (XXI) of Directorate's letter dated 17.01.2019, keeping in view the academic sessions prevailing in the respective Circle/State.

All Regions and Divisions/Units are requested to strictly adhere to the above schedule and furnish a completion report by 10.06.2026, along with reasons, if any, for non- implementation within the stipulated time.

This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
