It has been intimated by the Circle Secretary, All India Gramin Dak Sevaks Union that Circle Working Committee Meeting of their Union to be held on 31/01/2026 at Vaniyambadi.

Necessary Special/Paid Leave, if applied for may please be granted to the Circle Office Bearers on 31/01/2026 with journey time as per the standing instructions on the subject provisionally in accordance with the Union Constitution subject to regularization on production of certificate of attendance. It may please be ensured that grant of Special/Paid Leave should not exceed 20 days in a year.

The Regional PMsG are requested to communicate the same to all Divisions/Units under their control.
