OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Filling up of the post of Director, 8th Central Pay Commission under the Department of Expenditure on deputation basis under the Central Staffing Scheme.

The competent authority has approved the appointment of Shri Ashish Yadav, IDAS (2012) to the post of Director, 8th Central Pay Commission (CPC) on deputation basis under the D/o Expenditure, under the Central Staffing Scheme on co-terminus basis with the 8th CPC which is further extendable upto his admissible tenure under Central Staffing Scheme or until further orders, whichever is earlier. He may kindly be relieved of his duties immediately with instructions to take up his new assignment in the 8th CPC, D/o Expenditure.

It may be noted that as per ACC's directions conveyed in DoP&T's Circular No. 3/4/2004-EO(MM-I) dated 17 August 2005, an officer should join the post within three weeks from the date of issue of DoP&T's appointment order, failing which the process of debarment from the Central Staffing Schemes shall be initiated.
