Respected Madam,

Subject: Request for Availability of Employee Service Books on APT 2.0 Portal

I would like to respectfully bring to your kind notice that the APT 2.0 portal has been operational for the last seven months. However, till date, the service books of employees are not available for download on the portal.

Due to this issue, employees are unable to view or verify their service records. It has also become difficult to confirm whether the records are being properly maintained in the system or not. As this facility has not been functioning for the past several months, many employees are facing inconvenience and uncertainty regarding their service details.

Despite the prolonged delay, no clear clarification or update has been provided regarding when the service books will be accessible on the portal.

Therefore, my Federation requests your authority, to kindly look into this matter and take necessary steps at your level. It would also be helpful if appropriate communication is made with the concerned authorities so that the issue can be resolved at the earliest.

Your kind attention and prompt action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
