• Pickup slots:
  • 10 AM – 1 PM
  • 1 PM – 4 PM
  • Same-day booking cut-off: 12:30 PM

⚠️ Major Issue Identified

• Delay in pickup = biggest bottleneck
• System alerts being enhanced, but manual monitoring essential

• Online booking of accountable domestic mail
• Available for registered + guest users
• Up to 5 kg per article Max: 5 articles per booking
• Pickup charge: ₹50 (if tariff < ₹500) Free pickup if tariff > ₹500
