The President is pleased to grant proforma promotion to the following officer of the Senior Administrative Grade, who is presently on deputation to Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, to the Higher Administrative Grade of Indian Postal Service, Group ‘A’ in the level 15 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 1,82,200 – 2,24,100) with effect from the date as mentioned against his name, under FR 22 (II).
