Subject: Mission Karmayogi - SADHANA Saptah from  2nd  to  8th April 2026

This is in continuation of the DO letter no. even dated 19.03.2026 and in reference to the Secretary, DoPT, DO letter no. T- 28/35(ii)/2026- iGOT dated 19.03.2026 regarding observance of Mission Karmayogi- SADHANA Saptah.

2. The Mission Karmayogi - Mission Karmayogi - SADHANA Saptah from  2nd  to  8th April 2026 and the actionable points are as under

i. All employees under each Circle/Region/Division shall complete at least four hours of learning on the iGOT Portal during the week, aligned with their roles and responsibilities. An indicative list of Domain and AI courses available on the iGOT Portal is enclosed herewith as Annexure I & II.

ii. As the last date for completion of Mandatory Courses for the APAR Cycle has been extended to 30.04.2026, employees are encouraged to complete their mandatory courses and comprehensive assessment during the SADHANA Saptah.

iii. All concerned are requested to organize Samuhik Charchas at Directorate/Circle/Region/Division/Training Institute levels during the SADHANA Saptah. Detailed instructions for conducting the Samuhik Charchas will be shared separately in due course.

iv. Webinars on the iGOT Portal by the Department will be conducted during the SADHANA Saptah. In this regard, Circles are requested to ensure wide publicity of the scheduled webinars among all officers and officials and to facilitate maximum participation. Details of the webinar will be shared in due course.

3. In this regard, your kind guidance and personal intervention are solicited to ensure effective planning and implementation of activities during the SADHANA Saptah. The matter may kindly be treated as a priority, and necessary monitoring may kindly be ensured to facilitate the effective conduct of all the learning activities.
