Subject: Limited Departmental Competitive Examination/Competitive Examination for promotion/recruitment to the cadres of PA/SA and PM/MG/MTS – Postponement of Examination for the year 2026 - regarding

Madam/Sir,

I am directed to refer to the Calendar of Examinations for vacancy year 2026 issued vide letter No. DE-12/05/2025-DE-DOP dated 30.12.2025 and to state that, due to “administrative reasons”, the scheduled issuance of Model Notifications by the Directorate and Notifications by the Circles for LDCE/CE for promotion to the posts of PA/SA (02.04.2026 and 09.04.2026) and for promotion/recruitment to the posts of PM/MG/MTS (20.04.2026 and 24.04.2026) stands deferred. The revised schedule for the same will be communicated in due course. This may be brought to the notice of all concerned.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
