Step 3: Submission of Auction Details

• Share item description and quantity with MSTC for creation of auction lot.

Step 4: Fixation of Reserve Price

• Constitute a Reserve Price Committee
• Conduct meeting and record minutes
• Members of the Reserve Price Committee:
• Sr. Postmaster – Chairman
• ASPOs– Member

Step 5: Updating Reserve Price

• Enter reserve price in MSTC portal at least 24 hours before auction.

Step 6: Conduct of E-Auction

• Auction conducted online at scheduled time
• Registered bidders participate
• Highest bidder finalized by MSTC

Step 7: Security Deposit

Successful bidder deposits 10% of bid value as security.

Sanction memo issued by competent authority

Accounting entries made under appropriate heads
