Operational Guideline: Resolving Digital Payment Sync Issues for COD Delivery
If a customer’s digital payment is successful but the mobile app shows the COD amount as Pending or Not Updated, follow these steps before finalizing the delivery:
- Close All Apps: Immediately close or crash all active applications running in the background on the mobile device.
- Relaunch & Login: Reopen the delivery app and log in again.
- Select the Article: Navigate back to the specific article in the app.
- Process Remark: When you select the article, a message will appear: “Amount received for this article, proceed for remark updation.”
- Complete Delivery: Update the remark as Delivered, obtain the customer’s digital signature, and finalize.
✅ The system will now recognize the payment, and you will not be prompted to collect the amount again.
