Subject: License management of Sales Force category-regarding.

I am directed to convey the following approval of the Competent Authority in continuation of Para-11(11.3) of PLI Directorate’s letters No. 26-02/Trg/2022-LI dated 12.10.2022 and 29-04/2025-LI dated 01.04.2026:

“DEs/GDSs who do not have permanent license at present and those who will be engaged in future shall bear the fee expense of appearing in the Licentiate Examination themselves.”

2. Sales force already having permanent license need not register again.

3. All other instructions/guidelines issued by the PLI Directorate time to time hold good.
