Subject: Launch of Training Course - "Gramin Dak Sevaks - Capacity Building and Business Skills" on Dak Karmayogi Portal.
Training Division has developed and launched a training course titled "Gramin Dak Sevaks - Capacity Building and Business Skills" on the Dak Karmayogi Portal.
The course has been specifically designed to strengthen the professional capabilities of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDSs) by enhancing their business skills, customer service orientation, interpersonal skills, and capacity to effectively serve citizens by offering the Department's products and services. The course is expected to improve service delivery at the grassroots level and enable GDS employees to contribute more effectively towards business growth and citizen-centric service delivery.
The training course consists of various modules along with reflection quizzes after completion of each module to reinforce learning and assess understanding. All Gramin Dak Sevaks are required to log in to the Dak Karmayogi Portal and complete the course online through self-paced mode at the earliest.
In this regard, it is requested that necessary directions may kindly be issued to all concerned for wide dissemination of the course among all GDS employees under Circle and close monitoring at the Division/Region/Circle level through DKY Portal to ensure that every GDS employee completes the training course in a time-bound manner, thereby achieving maximum participation and timely completion by all concerned.
The matter may kindly be accorded top priority, and all efforts may be made to ensure completion of the training course by every Gramin Dak Sevak in a time-bound manner.
