Mobile App Error Resolution – DSS Application Update Guide | Solution for Application Licence has been Expired

1. Error Message

  • Application Licence has been Expired, Please contact Administrator Centre for Excellence in Postal Technology
  • Solution: Uninstall the old application, then install the App DSS Version 1.0.24. Restart the mobile. (If Department mobile, then Dream App version 1.0.30)
2. Error Message
Alert – Version Check Error
Solution: Uninstall the old application, then install the App DSS Version 1.0.24. Restart the mobile. If same error exists, please connect with Wi-Fi and restart the mobile.
3. Error Message
  • There was a problem while parsing the package
  • Solution: Old version Android phone. The new application will not open in old version Android mobile. Try to take returns from another mobile in HO/SO or through BPM mobile after work completed by the BPMs. (Issue escalated to RO/CO. Permanent solution will be intimated earlier.)
