Subject: Providing National Account facility under Speed Post (Documents) advance deposit scheme to M/s PNB Housing Finance Ltd

This is with reference to your office letter no. MH/BD/NAF/PNB Housing/MR/SP(Doc)Adv/2026-27 dated 25.06.2026 on the above-mentioned subject.

The approval of competent authority to provide National Account facility under Speed Post (Documents) advance deposit scheme to M/s PNB Housing Finance Ltd, 6th Floor, RMZ Infinity Park, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV, Gurugram, Haryana-122016 is conveyed herewith subject to the following modalities of the operation:

(i) Maharashtra Circle will act as Nodal Circle and take necessary action to enter into agreement as prescribed. Maharashtra Circle will ensure timely settlement of bills including GST amount following the codal formalities.

(ii) BPC Mandpeshwar under Mumbai North West Division has been designated as the Nodal office for issuance of consolidation of bill, settlement of account with customer and apportionment of revenue amongst all the booking locations immediately on settlement of bill amount.

(iii) Booking will be done from 420 locations (list attached).

(iv) Validity of approval of NAF will be for a period of three years from the date of approval or signing of the agreement with customer, whichever is later.

(v) Following Bar Code series is allotted for booking of articles of M/s PNB Housing Finance Ltd under NAF separately as per committed volume of articles:

J073800001XIN to J074000000XIN (2 lakh)

‘X’ denotes check digit.

(vi) Nodal Circle will coordinate with booking offices through concerned Circles for distribution and configuration of the allotted Bar Code Series to enable booking of articles.

(vii) New booking locations can be straightway added by the Nodal Circle under intimation to respective Circles and MO Division.

(viii) Nodal Circle will ensure apportionment of monthly revenue under Speed Post with other booking locations as per the Accounting Procedure for the apportionment of Revenue/Expenditure from Nodal Circle to another Circle/Postal Accounts.
