Important Advisory: CCMM Verification Process

Dear SPOCs.

The root cause of the issue has been identified, and the application team is currently working on implementing a validation to ensure that card details are mandatorily fetched before clicking GO on the CCMM Verify Criteria page.

Until this enhancement is deployed, users may be advised to click the Search icon next to the Card Details field on the Criteria page to fetch the card information before proceeding with GO. This will ensure successful verification in CCMM.
