UIDAI Notification: DoB update to be done only on Universal Client (UC)

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to the notice of all Registrars and Enrolment agencies that the feature of DoB update is shortly being removed from ECMP. You are requested to issue instructions to operators to use ONLY the UC for any DoB update transactions.
