APT & Booking Solution Mapping Issues – Temporary Accounting Corrections Until Technical Fix

Update on Mapping Issues

1. SSA Default Fee Mapping Issue (BO Transactions):
   The SSA Default Fee collected for transactions performed at Branch Offices (BOs) is currently being accounted under SSA Deposit. The technical teams from Finacle and APT are actively working on the issue. A permanent technical solution is expected within the next two weeks.
2. Mail Operations – Franking as Prepaid Mapping Issue:
   In the Booking Solution, transactions booked under Franking as Prepaid are currently being deducted from Sale of Postage Stamps instead of the correct account head, PRC-RMFM. CEPT is working on the necessary correction, which is expected to be implemented during this month.

Interim Arrangement:

Until the technical fixes are deployed, the accounting discrepancies may be rectified through Transfer Entries.
