GENERAL INFO

This tool helps find _discrepancies / non-accounted CBS figures in APT 2.0 Cashbook.
It is FREE to use and offered “as is”.
Use at your own risk.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

MS Office 2007 or above, Enable macros. Trusted location may be needed for MS Office 365/2024+
Change PC Region to English (India) - (Window+ R > type intl.cpl > OK > Format: English (India) > OK)

Annexure IV - TABLE-1 Generation

Click on Annexure IV - TABLE-1 button.
Select month then enter DDO code, HO name and Division Name (one time only, it will be auto-populated next time)
Enter the details of approved Transfer entries
Click Generate
Annexure IV - TABLE-2 Generation

Click on Annexure IV - TABLE-2 button

Select month then enter DDO code, HO name and Division Name (one time only, it will be auto-populated next time)..1st time preparation
Upload the previously pending descripancy details in given template or Tick on no discrepancy if nothing exists.
Upload TABLE-1 xlsx file of current month
Update approved TE details for previously pending cases if available
Click Generate
For subsequent months
Upload TABLE-2 xlsx file of previous month
Upload TABLE-1 xlsx file of current month
Update approved TE details for previously pending cases if available, else skip.
Click Generate
