Main Subject: Inter-Circle transfer of 13 Inspector Posts officials on their own request, with immediate effect.

Key Points:

• Transfers: The order lists 13 officials with their Employee IDs, current Circles, and new Circles (e.g., Odisha to Andhra Pradesh, Bihar to Assam, Karnataka to Bihar, etc.).

Conditions:

• Transfers are voluntary; therefore, no Travel Allowance/Transport Allowance (TA/TP) is admissible.
• The parent Circle must relieve the official within 30 days of receiving the order.
• If the new Circle does not issue a posting order, the official must report to the Circle office of the transferee Circle.
• Reporting: Relieving/joining reports must be emailed to the SPN Branch. Circles must submit a consolidated relief report by September 21, 2026.
