Sub: Periodical Establishment Review of Post Offices – reg.

Sir/Madam,

I am directed to state that the Online Establishment Review Portal for conducting the Periodical Review of Post Offices is in the final stages of development for its pan-India rollout, and is expected to be operationalized by 01.09.2026.

2. Till rollout of Online Establishment Review Portal, Circles may kindly keep on hold the existing manual process for Periodical Review of Post Offices.

3. All the Circles are, therefore, requested to issue necessary instructions to all concerned field units, under their jurisdiction, to ensure strict compliance of the above directions. Further, instructions regarding the operationalization of the Portal and the conduct of the Periodical Review through the Portal will be issued separately.

4. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
