Revival of account should be done at HO only. After revival of account EKYC CIF can be revised/revived at SO itself using customer authentication/finger print.

📢 Notification – Revival of Accounts at SOs

Sir/Madam,

As per CEPT clarification, please follow the below instructions:

• Revival of accounts must be done at the Head Office (HO) only.

• After revival, eKYC CIF can be revised/revived at the Sub Office (SO) using customer authentication/fingerprint.
