Launch of APT Workflow Training Courses on DKY/iGOT Portal

DOP OM No.01-67/2013-Trg (Pt) Dated 01/10/2026 - Launch of Training Courses 'APT Workflow - Self-Service Portal' and 'APT Workflow - Payroll System' on the DKY/iGOT Portal

The Department of Posts has announced the launch of two new training courses—APT Workflow - Self-Service Portal and APT Workflow - Payroll System—on the DKY/iGOT Portal. These courses aim to strengthen digital capabilities among employees and support the adoption of APT 2.0 workflows for HR and payroll functions.

APT Workflow - Self-Service Portal: Focuses on employee services such as viewing service details, downloading pay slips, submitting leave applications, applying for financial benefits, tracking requests, and updating personal information. It promotes efficient, paperless, and transparent HR processes.

APT Workflow - Payroll System: Provides training on payroll administration, including employee master creation, salary processing, leave integration, payments, recoveries, advances, reimbursements, statutory compliance, and reporting. It is designed for Postal Assistants, Supervisors, Accountants, and DDOs to ensure accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness.

All Circles/Units are requested to encourage relevant officials to complete these courses to enhance their understanding and effective use of APT 2.0 workflows.
