R Net Communication delivery data not updated in Website

Delivery information of Register articles not updated in web

Booking data / Tracking details of Registered articles are updated in website but delivered information's are not updating. 

Message Creation / Transmission in Booking Side

• Booking message information's are creating at the time of booing in point of sale, it will create in R Net Communication message folder for each and every article for transmission.
• Those messages will transmit whenever R Net Communication Executed.

Re-transmission of  booked messages is not possible.

 Message Creation / Transmission in Delivery Side

• Messages for the delivered articles will be created at the time of day end based on delivery information and office information like office name/Type, pincode & ND code in Postman Module. This will be transmitted once execution of R Net Communication.

Re-transmission of delivered messages is possible.

Possible Solution 

• Please use latest version (7.9.4 ) of RNet Communication and Postman application.
• Kindly ensure that your office details configured in r net related modules are same as your office details available in r net central master data as the RNet Communication software communicates with the Server based on the pincode, nd code and Office Type selected in Point of Sale. 
• Please ensure that Postman module day-end is done properly at your office. 
• Please use the Create delivery/undelivered article message option available in postman supervisor 3 or 4 times after day end and try.

If Still persist you may please be taken up the issues to CEPT with R Net Log and Postman DB
