Speed Net v4.4.1 - BNPL Bill Generation Error and Solution

Problem Description: 

The BNPL bills are not getting generated in Speed Net 4.4 update 1. While viewing the status of the BNPL Customer in Speed Net Module it shown as Inactive. 

While checking the bill status in Speed Net Supervisor module it shows "No data" found

Solution Description: 

  • Bills are not generated due to the reason that all customers are having inactive status. Hence, the monthly bill reports are also not displayed. 
Please check the status of BNPL customers using the view/modify option under Supervisor--> BNPL--> Customer Details--> View/Modify window. 
  • The customers might be listed under Active / Inactive / Discontinued status, 
In case agreement period is expired resulting in Inactive status, then enter the details of fresh agreement under Supervisor--> BNPL--> Customer Master-->Agreement-->Add option, select the customer and complete the data entry. 
  • In case there are pending bills resulting in Inactive/Discontinued status, 
then check the bill details under Operator--> Payment Data Updation --> Monthly Bills --> BNPL Customer option, select the customer & bill month, fetch the details and update the payment details for pending bills. 
Note: Customer agreement will lapse in case of pending bills more than 2 months old and the customer status will be shown as Discontinued. In such cases, a new agreement has to be made with defaulting customers for continuing the booking as per BD Dte instructions on the subject.
