Amendment has decided in Rule 161( IV) in General Financial Rules 2017 (GFR,s) 2017- Global Tender Enquiry.

161(IV, B): No Global Tender Enquiry (GTE) , however shall be invited for tenders upto Rs. 200 crore or such limit as may be prescribed by the Department of Expenditure from time to time.
