Subject: Non-delivery of article - Case of Cabinet Secretary reg.
Key Points:
1. Issue:
- Wrong remarks marked by a postman during delivery of a VIP article, leading to displeasure from the Cabinet Secretary.
2. Directives:
- Ensure correct remarks by postmen, duly verified by APM(Mails)/PRI, are updated in SAP Software.
- Sensitize delivery staff on standard remarks and non-delivery procedures as per PO Order No. MO/01/2024 dated 16.12.2024 (Point No. 11).
3. Compliance:
- Conduct regular training for delivery staff.
- Strict adherence to departmental guidelines.
