Eligibility Conditions

Cadre Requirements:

• ASPOs/Inspector Posts cadre OR
• PA/SA/LSG with at least 8 years of service (counted from PA/SA cadre).
• (Selection from ASPOs cadre is subject to proposed upgradation of the post of Sr. Instructor, which is under process.)
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge: Departmental rules, procedures, and software (Finacle, SAP, McCamish, CRM Portal, HRM, etc.).
• Disciplinary Record: No pending disciplinary actions or proceedings.
• Age Limit: Not more than 52 years as of the last date of application receipt.

Responsibilities:

• Full-time teaching of Postal/RMS operations.
• Undergo training programs (domestic or international).
• Prepare/update Standard Training Packages for Group B (IP/ASP) cadres.
• Develop e-learning content, videos, training materials, and question papers.
• Dedicate full effort to training activities.
• Additional Information
• Tenure: 4 years (subject to repatriation without notice).
• Allowance: 12% Training Allowance on basic pay.
• Accommodation: Departmental Staff Quarters (subject to availability).
